Everything was great spacious room clean bathroom elevators available at all times

The staff, location, clearance and breakfast were all excellent. Bandar Alharby, Rima and Habeeb are all great workers as they made our stay unforgettable and enjoyable moments (thanks to them). I absolutely will visit this hotel again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, the location, the breathtaking view of Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi from my room, the clean and comfortable space, and the warm, helpful staff.

Only issue with parking ,location was good

Room will fit max four beds and little space to move, breakfast with good option and was very near to r Masjid Al Nabawi

Close to Haram

The distance to the Masjid el Nabawi is unmatched! It was very close and convenient especially if you want to rest in your own space between prayers and activities. The room was very well maintained, clean and comfortable and had everything you would need. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Particularly Aseel who made our whole stay with her kindness and eagerness.

Clean, supportive, and near Al Haram AlMadani

Everything from the check in, hotel staff, service provided, breakfast till the check-out was impeccable. We had an amazing experience and looking forward for our next visit soon.

The main thing i liked about the property was a brother who was a a room cleaner, i believe his name was mukhlis. This brother was very great and and respectful when getting permission to entering the room. He is very nice. There was also another man in the restaurant, if i remember correctly his name was muhammad and from Bangladesh, his was also great with his service

Room size and the staff ~~

I like reception ? employees, the rate of hotels, from my opinion not match with what is rated ? can be 5 or 6 max

The location is extremely close to Haram. The staff were very good. We were upgraded to. Junior suite which with two bedrooms that fits a five member- family. The service was really prompt.
